Red Carpet Alert!: Berry Hues

Berry hues have been all over the red carpet--especially at the Academy Awards. Lovely ladies like Natalie Portman, Nikki Reed, and Emma Stone look fantastic in this very specific shade. Who looks the best? Leave your opinions in the comments!

Nikki Reed's Street Style

Welcome to my blog. Today I'm going to feature a few pictures of Nikki Reed and her unique and laid-back street style. She is most recognized as the ice-queen Rosalie from the Twilight Saga and I know that I've blogged about Nikki and the entire Twilight cast before. I'm a bit of a Twi-hard. <3

Nikki Reed in a pea coat, jeans, and biker boots [left] and in a berry-colored mini and strappy heels [right].

Nikki wears this warm peacoat with a hood with an odd mix of elegance and grit. I adore her biker-inspired boots and I think a great peacoat should appear in almost every girl's closet. [exceptions should be made for girls that live incredibly close to the equator] In the next look Nikki mixes it up with this beautifully colored mini. The length hits her right above the knee and makes her legs look long and lean. Add a pair of delicate heels and the look is complete.

Nikki Reed in jean cutoffs, a black tee, and an orange cardigan [left] and a blue top, shorts, and an over sized grey cardigan [right].

Nikki looks super chic while hanging out her Twilight co-star, Elizabeth Reaser. She loves wearing her sunnies and I'm sure if I were a celebrity I would never leave the house without mine. I especially love their tortoise print. She also paired a very casual outfit with sleek, menswear-inspired shoes. In the next picture she almost looked like she grabbed a snuggie and left the house. The pop of sea blue is an excellent contrast to her olive complexion.

Tonight is a homemade Vampire Diaries marathon. I haven't been watching this season and my friend Ally and I have to get all caught up. If you like this blog click the follow button or become a fan on Facebook. But no pressure. Thanks for reading!

Happy Birthday Jimmy Choo!

I know its hard to believe that the Jimmy Choo brand has been keeping feet fashionable for 15 years. But as of just recently, it has been that long. The famous shoemaker was born in Malaysia into a family of shoemakers.  Its very impressive that he was able to take the family business and turn it into a multi-million dollar empire.

Cameron Diaz in Diane von Furstenberg mini and Jimmy Choo booties [left] and Nikki Reed in a gold-sequined mini and strappy Jimmy Choos [right].

Jennifer Aniston in an Alexander MCQueen blazer, Valentino Haute Couture mini, and Jimmy Choo heels [left]. Diane Kruger in Chanel and Jimmy Choo mary-janes [right].

Jimmy Choo is loved by many. And the shoes are so versatile. From rain boot to mary-janes. From strappy heels to boots. There's nothing you could desire that Choo doesn't make. The Twilight Cast Gets Fashionable

Today we're going to take a look at the lovely ladies from the Twilight Series in celebration of the DVD release of Eclipse! Are you excited? I know some of you aren't but you have to admit that some of those girls have amazing wardrobe stylists. :)

Ashley Greene in Giambattista Valli [left] and Prabal Gurung [right].

Ashley Greene is set to host, Fashion Forward. She has graced the pages of countless magazines and she is the most noted fashionista that has come out of the franchise. She normally picks classic pieces but then adds a funky accessory like a bracelet or bag. And plus, she looks fabulous in red.

Dakota Fanning in Elie Saab [left] and Valentino [right].

Budding fashionista Dakota Fanning took the fashion world by storm with her high end styles. Its hard to remember that this is the little girl that stole hearts in Uptown Girl. It's been a while.

Nikki Reed in Burberry [left] and 7 For All Mankind [right].

Nikki Reed flies under the radar due to her absence from the headlines. And I think that's probably the best for the longevity of her career. Nikki Reed looks stunning my favorite brand [Burberry] and I don't think there's a time when she doesn't look fabulous. :)

Kristin Stewart in Herve Leger by Max Azria [left] and Helmut Lang [right].

I adore Kristin with red hair. It makes her look more fashion and less greasy. Does that make sense? I don't know. I'm excited for Breaking Dawn the movie even though it was my least favorite book in the series. I felt it was just a waste. What did you think?

I think Eclipse was my favorite movie but New Moon will always be my favorite book. I prefer Taylor because I find Edward a little...intense [edit: i mean Robert, i don't know why i wrote edward. Lane what were you thinking? duh.]. I'm going to get so many hateful comments because I just said that.
