Don't Kill Your Wallet

Hola! :) Right now I'm sitting in the living room watching my recently acquired box set DVD of the show, The Big Bang Theory. I picked it up when I went to Costco yesterday. This show is so funny! Sheldon is so awkward and socially...well, awkward.

My sister thinks this show is hilarious. It has been on since my sister woke up this morning. :) Today's post is all about cute, deals. I'm a firm believer that fashion does not have to kill your wallet. [i think i'm going to use that as my title for the post]

With no further ado [sp?] here are the steals and deals. Enjoy. And don't forget to go to the Viva La Fashion Facebook page and press the 'like' button. Please?

I'm going to be going school shopping this weekend. I"m beyond excited. :) There's nothing like going back to school with a new wardrobe. Sigh.

Don't forget to check out my giveaway. You could get the chance to win a $75 Target giftcard!! :D

Shoes For Summer

I know. I know. I keep talking about summer but how can I not? Summer is the season of my birth, (Go Summer babies!) and its also the second best time of the year. Behind Christmas, of course. :) I'm so excited for summer that did some shopping. Here's a quick look at a few of the things I picked up.

My favorite inexpensive picks. All of these shoes are under $20. Some of them you can own at the super low price of $13.49.What do you think? Of the shoes and their price.

The color is adorable. Surpsingly I don't own any pink sandals. I'm not a very big pink fan. I don't know why. I mean I think it can be pretty--it can also be gaudy--but I'm not the girl who's room is covered in pink. Do you find that surprising? Comment below. But I love the color of these shoes. I think I already said that but its true! :)

Flats are perfect for summer. :) I don't normally wear heels--because where I live it rains almost everyday. I mean if we go a whole week without rain, its almost newsworthy. I'm not an everyday heel girl but I love how heels make my legs look. I have these gorgeous platform faux crocodile skin pumps. Gosh. I love those things. :) But back to the shoes, I love the bead detailing. It's that perfect spark of flash that pumps up the volume.

A black and brown flat. Its classic. I have a beautiful pair that I bought a couple years ago but a few years can put a lot of wear and tear on a pair of shoes. :) Even though I don't love the intense galdiator look--you know the one with the straps that reach a girl's knees--I love the echoes of gladiator inspiration. It slightly modernizes an old classic. Every girl needs a basic sandal for summer!
Turquoise. And white. I'm not quite sure what I'd wear these with. Maybe some jeans and a simple tee. Hmmm...what do you think? What outfit would not be complet with these unique, showstoppers? I'm in love with them. I have nothing in my closet that looks anything like this. That's why I think I like it so much. :)

Oh! I'm so excited. I was watching Glee on the FOX website and I finally saw the episode called Acafellas. :) It was the funniest Glee episode I think I've ever seen. There's something extremely funny about four grown men practicing acapella hip-hop in Mr. Schuster's living room.

I was a little late jumping on the Glee bandwagon and so I missed a lot of the earlier episodes. So I was thrilled when I realized I could catch up! :D I just love Glee in general. Are you a Gleek? Comment below!

Lots of Love

Another days of deals! Exciting, no? Today is the day before the AP Language and Composition test. Yay...(note my sarcasm). I feel so unprepared. Especially since my teacher has spent the entire year occupying my time with busy work. I've learned nothing! Nothing!

But I'm trying to stay positive. I'm hoping for a three. That seems pretty realistic in my case. :) But after I finish my test I'm off to Florida! :) Its going to be a blast. I'll try to keep you guys posted as much as possible but don't be surprised if I don't post as often...

Okay. Well, here are some deals. Everything is under twenty dollars. Minus tax. Of course.

L: Solitaire Tights Tee (17.80)   R: Pintucked Striped Tee ($19.80)

T: AE Snakeskin Flats  ($19.95)    B: AE Peace Belt ($19.95)

I'm going to start to pack as soon as I'm done with this post. Has anyone ever been to Disney World. I might get to stop by when I'm in Florida. How is it?

Oh, I can't stop smiling. I'm just sooo excited. It'll be nice to have this break after such a hectic couple of weeks. AP tests are so frustrating! Frustrating! :D

I Walked, I Ran, I Jumped, I Flew

I have some free time before I have to go study so I just thought I'd check and watch a couple episodes of Guiliana and Bill on E! I'm a horrible procrastinator but almost my entire day yesterday was wasted doing an APUSH project. Yuck. :/

Here are some cute deals I found online. I really like the headband and the blue shirt. So pretty. :)

I have so much going on in the month of May. I have APUSH and AP English testing. I have my SAT's. I have my regular school work. I have tennis. I'm just so ready for some relaxation. And writing posts for my blog is just the thing I need. :)

I'm going to go see the Back-Up Plan today. I'm not going with any friends. Its more of a babysitting job. But I don't get paid. My mom and her friends like to go watch movies but her friend has a daughter who's in fifth grade and I come along to keep her occupied so Mom and Kim can have "grown-up girl bonding time".

I hope its good. But the guy who plays opposite J-Lo is really cute! :) Sigh. And he's Australian. I love a guy with an accent.

Breathe With No Air

L: Zig Zag Scarf ($6.50)  R: Fab Cuff Denim Shorts ($7.00)

Spring Break is over! :/ I know, I'm bummed too. I finished the paper that I was supposed to do over spring break Sunday night but I think it turned out okay. Espeically considering it was a last niute project. :)

Here's another post about cute deals. All of them are ten dollars or less! That's amazing, right?

Okay, to clear up some confusion my giveaway is ending Friday. April 9th. I extended the date because I was lazy over spring break and decided I didn't want to do anything invovled with a giveaway. I'm not sure if you know this but I'm a huge procrastinating. Huge! :)

This year I've been trying to work on that issue but as you can see with my paper and my contest, I haven't been very successful so far. But I still have more than half a year to work on that so give me time. :)

Got to go do something. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow, I hope. :) Am I the only one who tends to procrastinate? Am I alone? Please tell me I'm not. Happy Belated April Fools! :D

Donna Martin is Back!

Hot steals under ten dollars! Just a look at the adorable things that a ten dollar bill can buy in this crazy world. They're all sooo cute! :) Enjoy!

L: F21 Gloria Necklace ($7.80)     R: F21 Pearl Center Flower Ring ($3.80)

Just sitting and chilling since its Spring Break! Enjoying a Tori and Dean marathon. :) This show is just sooo funny. Tori's hilarious. I read her book Mommywood on my flight this summer and it made me smile. I even wrote a blog post about the book! It was that good. I have her book sTori Telling on my bedside but I just haven't gotten around to reading it.

This show is so funny. I mean Tori, after all, is a self professed Queen of the Gays. Who doesn't love a show with Guncles (Gay Uncles) and Gay Husbands. :) Season five is going to premiere on Oxygen soon. I'm not quite sure when but its soon. If you know please comment below. :)

Peace out! Going to continue watching my marathon. :) Comment and Follow!
